
RETURN & REFUND POLICY At Yuma Brew & View, we take pride in our handcrafted artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your framed art, we offer the following return and refund policy: Eligibility for Returns: You may return your framed art within 30 days of the original purchase date. The artwork must be original, including the frame, and show no signs of damage or wear. You must provide the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt). Return Process: Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at hello@yumabrewandview.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the artwork. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on proceeding. Secure Packaging: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging or similar protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Shipping: Please ship the artwork back to us using a trackable method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Inspection: We will inspect the returned artwork to ensure it meets the above eligibility criteria. Refunds: Once the returned artwork is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. The refund will include the artwork's purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired artwork. Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized artwork is not eligible for return or refund unless it arrives damaged or defective.
